Our guided trips include all gear, terminal tackle, waters, and a professional guide. All you need to bring is appropriate clothing, food/beverages, and a great attitude!

Once you are here, we have everything taken care of. There are a few extras that are not included in your stay.

Of course! If you're a single angler, you will have the guide and/or boat to yourself. You can rent rooms by yourself with our lodging partners as well. 

Does your kid enjoy no internet and playing outside? If so, then it's perfect for kids! James is a family man and loves hosting kids on the water. We recommend a minimum age of 7 and up, and they must be accompanied by a parent. We recommend our half-day trips for the kiddos.

Our entire team is first aid and CPR-certified. We always have first-aid kits in the boat and in our packs on backcountry trips. We're always within cell service on the San Juan River, and our high-country trips are on private property with easy access to amenities.

Yes! We require a 50% deposit to reserve your trip. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 30 days or more prior to your trip. You must cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged in full. In the event that the river is unfishable due to high flows, we will reschedule and we will apply your deposit to your next trip. 

The balance is due 2 days (48 hours) before the trip, online or via card reader day of the trip. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip date, you will be charged the remaining balance of your trip.

Gratuities are not required but are customary and greatly appreciated by your guides.
